South England’s fast rising metalcore band INDEVTH have today shared their brand-new single, ‘SICK’ - a defiant offering that has an honest outlook on vocalist Sam Culverwell’s dealings with metal health. ‘SICK’ is the first track released since INDEVTH’s early 2024 EP ‘DROWNING’ and their formidable appearance at Download Festival.
Talking on their new single Culverwell shares, “SICK is a track about acceptance, and recognising problems. The last few years I have really struggled with my mental health and there have been times where I have just felt absolutely trapped and consumed by it. and it caused me to be very self destructive to myself and hurt the people I love and in most cases if I had dealt with things better myself a lot of issues could have been avoided easily in retrospect. SICK is really about admitting to myself that I have a problem and nothing will change unless I address issues myself. ”
